fine views spacious suite roasted beef helpful staff
i appreciated the fine views of the park. the suite offered more square footage than i expected. the hotel's restaurant, perrine, includes roasted beef on its menu. i found the staff helpful and accommodating with my requests.
the elevators sometimes took a while to arrive.

the room included a large desk perfect for working. i found that the bathroom offered several high-end toiletries. the staff provided prompt and courteous service throughout my visit.
the elevator wait times were occasionally longer than expected.

Really good service and prime location
attentive staff thoughtful touches helpful concierge
The staff was great. They provided beds and bowls for our service pups. It. I appreciated their attention to detail. Denzel, the concierge, was helpful. He found fantastic gluten free restaurants and handled the reservations for us.
I noticed that the gym could use some improvements. It would benefit from updated equipment.

the doormen were helpful (a welcome sight!).
i encountered a problem with the wifi. it was almost non-existent, even with the high cost of the room. the front desk response was minimal, with no real resolution offered, and the ac wasn't efficient.
